How often does our company come out?
Our service is available on a weekly schedule or for a one time cleanings.
Do we work through the winter?
Yes. Dogs keep making their messes all year long, and our company continues to clean up and remove dog waste through winter. Some customers prefer to put service on hold for the cold months, although there may be an extra service charge for the first clean-up the following spring.

What happens when it snows or rains?
We’ll work in most weather, but snow or very cold weather can stop us. If there is more than about an inch of snow, we will skip that day’s service until the next week. We will not charge for service that week, however there will be a small fee added the following week for the extra waste accumulation. If snow stays on the ground for more than a week, but there is no new snow to cover it, we will do regular clean-ups to prevent excessive accumulation.

When a holiday falls on a regular service day, we will post a work schedule in the customer statements. Service returns to the regular day the following week.
Should you unlock your gate?
Yes. Since employees are not to climb or jump over fences, please have your gate unlocked on your service day. You may provide us with a key to the lock or tell us the combination if that will be convenient for you.

Can we work with your dog in the yard?
In most cases, yes. We get along well with dogs; however, there are some cases when a dog will not let our worker into the yard. If you know that your dog is not good with strangers, or it becomes apparent that your dog will not allow us to clean the yard, then we ask that you restrain or confine the dog.

What if you want to skip a service day?
You will not be charged if you call the company office in time for us to tell the service worker to skip your yard that day. If the dog will be gone from the yard for a couple of weeks, or for some other reason you want us to skip your yard for a day or more, we can hold service and you will not be charged for those days.

We will send the statement in the mail at the end of each month, after the work is all done. There is a $5.00 late fee for accounts not paid by the end of the month. We have a customer referral program: When you refer a new customer to us you will get ONE REGULAR SERVICE DAY FREE! (Not for one-time jobs)

Are there any contracts you have to sign?
No—We can start and stop your service over the phone. We do not require contracts, there is no minimum service period, and there is no advance notice required to cancel service.
